Abstract
The component composition of leaf volatile substances of 15 lemon taxa (Citrus X limon (L.) Burm.f.), grown in the greenhouses of the Central Botanical Garden of Academy of Sciences of Belarus by GC/MS - methods hardware-assisted «Agilent Technologies 6850 Series II» (Network GC System /5975B (VL MSD) has been researched. There are revealed 22 major leaf volatile substances, which represent the two classes of compounds - hydrocarbons and oxygenated compounds (alcohols, aldehydes and esters). Among the major hydrocarbon compounds found in all taxa of the studied group are mono-terpene D-limonene and sesquiterpene b-caryophyllene. Shares of keeping them in total identified leaf volatile substances vary and depend on the genotype of plants. As chemical characteristics of lemon taxa can be proposed the content of oxygenated compounds in leaf volatile components, so as citronellal, geranyl acetate. Among the compounds identified in only one taxon - 3 carene [Bicyclo[4.1.0]hept-3-ene, 3,7,7-trimethyl-] in leaves of Citrus X limon' Interdonato' and beta-elemene [Cyclohexane, 1-ethenyl-1-methyl- 2-methylethenyl-] in leaves of Citrus X meyeri Ju.Tanaka.

Abstract
The effect of sucrose concentration on the initiation of axillary buds and axillary shoots growth at cvs Denise blue, Blue gold, Weymouth of highbush blueberry (Vaccinium corymbosum L.) introduction to the culture in vitro was investigated. The initiation was provide on WPM medium with 2ip (5 mg/l), IAA (1mg/l), sucrose15, 20, 30 g/l and WPM medium with 2ip (5 mg/l), sucrose 30 g/l, without IAA. The results of investigation have shown the initiation of blueberry axillary buds is more effective on WPM medium with 2ip (5 mg/l), IAA (1mg/l), sucrose15, 20 g/l. The developed method reduces the term to obtain stable proliferation of axillary shoots. It may be used successfully for the introduction of blueberry cvs in vitro culture.

Abstract
Results of the comparative analysis of variability of 8 quantitative traits at regenerants of Northland and Patriot cultivars of highbush blueberry in vitro on nutrient, agarized mediums for rooting, with organic compounds, on macro- and micro- salt basis of V WPM differing on composition of phytohormonal steroids in a combination with IAA in 15 variants of experience are given in the present article. Usage of phytohormones in comparison with control led to authentic increase in indicators of regenerants height in 1.2-1.8 times; lengths of the third interstice in 1.2-1.4 times; the quantities of shoots, weight of regenerants and quantities of leaves in 1.2-1.3 times; explants viability in 1.2-1.5 times. In overwhelming majority of cases the presence of phytohormonal steroids - EB or EK - leads to authentic, essential rooting reduction in 1.2-5.7 times at both investigated cultivars. It is established the authentic (in most cases at P < 0.01) influence of a genotype on variability of all analyzed traits, as well as the authentic at P < 0.01 influence of phytohormonal structure of medium on variability of practically all traits (except for weight of regenerants).

=0.171). The intraspecific genetic variation parameter values exhibited by both P. abies subspecies from the Ukrainian Carpathians differed more substantially that those exhibited by the P. abies subspecies from Byelorussian Polesye. Cluster analysis demonstrated that the level of differentiation between the P. abies subspecies occurring in the same stand wherein intensive cross-pollination took place was comparable with that between geographically remote populations.

Abstract
The level of genetic differentiation among 17 sour cherry cultivars growing in Belarus was investigated with SSR markers previously identified in sweet cherry and peach. In total, 128 polymorphic alleles were detected by the 24 SSR markers with an average number of alleles of 6,4 per marker. The high degree of diversity between the pear sour cherry cultivars was shown. The set from 8 SSR markers was used for identification of cultivars.

Abstract
The effect of bFGF was investigated on the heme synthesis in rat mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) under ALA-induction conditions. We found out that more optimal bFGF concentration, influencing on the cell proliferation is 7 ng/ml. Our results demonstrate that bFGF decreases the porphyrins content in MSCs and increases that in cultural medium that can be reflected on the heme amount synthesized in MSCs. Besides, bFGF activates the CD71 expression of the MSCs surface.

Abstract
The influence of emoxipine on proliferative activity, viability in rat adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) in culture, as well as the state in the MSCs of the antioxidant protection system was investigated. It is shown that when 0.00050.005 % concentrations of emoxipine in growth medium the proliferative activity of MSCs increased, did not influence the cell viability and reduced intracellular content of hydroperoxide and superoxide anion radicals. At concentrations of 0.010.25 % a emoxipine revealed the toxic effects on MSCs, that manifested itself in reduced proliferative activity and cell viability, increased intracellular content of superoxide anion radicals.

Abstract
There are genetic differences in the distribution of alleles FABP, RYR1 and PRKAG3 responsible for the meat quality between pig breeds on the farms of the country. Proteome profile of pigs muscle was shown to depend on the direction of productivity and allowed to establish the nature of inheritance of proteins by crossbreeding. The proteomic markers of pigs meat productivity were revealed and identified. The obtained results can be used in pigs breeding.

Abstract
The combined action of low temperature and excessive moisture leads to an increase in expression of ANT gene, which encodes the ATP/ADP antiporter and that is due to the influence of low-temperature stress. Under the action of two stress factors (low temperature and excessive moisture) the expression level of the AOX1 gene, responsible for the synthesis of the alternative oxidase in the mitochondria, and the activity of the cytochrome oxidase reaches a maximum, which is due to the primary influence of low temperature and excessive moisture, respectively. Prolonged action of above-mentioned stress factors reduces the level of AOX1 amplicons and inhibits cytochrome oxidase activity that indicates a violation of both the alternative and main (cytochrome oxidase) respiration pathways.
