Abstract
The studies anatomical leaf structure's 18 taxa of tropical and subtropical plants were conducted. It is shown that these species is clearly manifested their association between the environmental and geographical confinement and the anatomical structure of assimilating organs. However, some variation in absolute terms from the norm should be considered obtained, as a reaction to the impact of a number's limiting factors of the environment (the intensity of solar radiation, air temperature, etc.). Thanks to this, plant can maintain vital functions at the right level. These species possess plasticity, a wide range of environmental adaptability, which in turn may provide their success in using gardening interiors.

Abstract
The results of studying of natural populations of rare species of the Bashkortostan Republic Dictamnus gymnostylis Stev. and Althaea officinalis L. are given which are in the region on the edge of area. The complex ball scale considering the main population and biological characteristics is applied. Results of research showed that 7 populations of D. gymnostylis are characterized by good state, 7 - satisfactory and 6 - unsatisfactory, for A. officinalis is revealed that 3 populations are characterized by good state, 6 - satisfactory and 11 - unsatisfactory. Actions for conservation of these rare species are specifed.

Abstract
The optimal conditions for in vitro propagation and ex vitro rooting of blueberry cv. Northblue were defined. It was found that woody plant medium (WPM) with 2 mg/l zeatin or 5 mg/l 2-isopenteniladenine is the most acceptable for in vitro propagation of regenerants. Rooting in vitro-derived shoots in ex vitro conditions on substrate such as moss Sphagnum L. with layer of peat (0,5 cm) enables to root and adapt regenerants (efficiency - 100 %).

Abstract
Absorption and accumulation of microelements by black currant plants during the propagation in vitro were established. The highest rate of the absorption of the tested microelements (mg/kg) from the nutrient medium by plants on the stage of shoot proliferation was noticed for Mn, while the lowest rate - for microelement B. Black currant plants absorpted a lot of Mn during in vitro rooting, then they intaked Fe, Zn and B (in the order of decreasing). Average losses of microelements concentration in the nutrient medium (per one tube) and their accumulation in the plant basically agreed. Cu was detected during multiplication and rooting in vitro in both the nutrient medium and plants.

Abstract
As potential genetic markers of milk productivity traits in cattle of Holstein and Black-and-white breeds were studied six single nucleotide replacements, situated in key gene of somatotropin cascade: bPit-1-HinFI, bPit-1StuI, bPRL- Rsal, bGH-AluI, bGHR-Sspl and bIGF-1-SnaBI. Was shown that in time of evaluation of polymorphism association with a sign, it is expedient to carry out the evaluation of phenotypic effect of preferable and undesirable genotypes in relation to the level of general selection productivity.

Abstract
Impact of high temperatures on structural and functional parameters of the photosynthetic apparatus, level of membrane lipid peroxidation products as well as content and activity of protective substances (lectins) in green seedlings of two varieties of hexaploid triticale with different endogenous abscisic acid levels are examined. Triticale plants with low ABA levels are shown to require additional synthesis of low molecular weight antioxidants (carotenoids), stress hormone ABA and lectins increasing plant stress tolerance, which is necessary for forming defense mechanisms of resistance to high temperatures. Moreover, the increase in lectin activity during hyperthermia is one of mandatory components of variety Ulyana protective mechanism.

Abstract
It is found that the content of antimicrobial proteins thionins in barley is reduced during low temperature stress compared to control plants and that it is caused by a slowdown in the accumulation of thionins at a low temperature. Under conditions of drought and flooding the amount of thionins in barley increases several times. The increase in thionin levels in barley plants during drought depends upon the variety of barley and is inversely dependent upon its drought resistance. In contrast, the rate of increase in thionin content during flooding is in direct dependence upon tolerance of barley seedlings to this stressor. The acquired results suggest that the level of thionins registered under the action of abiotic environmental factors can be used as an indicator of biotic stress tolerance and also that it can be a part of a comprehensive evaluation of barley plants tolerance to biotic and different types of abiotic stresses, at least to drought and flooding.

Abstract
It was shown that the Fe-SOD transformants and especially the Mn-SOD transformants have elevated gene expression of thermogenic protein - alternative oxidase (AOX1) and ATP/ADP-antiporter (ANT) as compared to wild type under low temperature stress (+ 4°C, 22 h) and during the post-stress period (+ 25°C, 24 h). The results indicate an important contribution of thermogenic proteins to the forming transgenic resistance to low temperatures and during the period after termination of the stress factor.

Abstract
As a result of current work the plasmid pCpG-KH11 carrying 104 copies of CpG motif GTCGTT has been constructed. The cloned motif is considered to be the most effective in stimulation of the human immune system. The constructed plasmid carries the greatest amount of CpG-motifs among the well-known analogs. Using methods of genetic engineering E. coli CpG-KH11 strain has been obtained. The strain is potent in pCpG-KH11 production and makes it possible to produce about 7.7 mg of target plasmid DNA per 1 L of culture broth.

Abstract
Based on literature data said about antioxidant properties of soy oil, we have considered infusion of the product per rectum would show therapeutic effect on colon inflammation and we would be able to see in on temperature image of abdominal surface of rat body. It was shown in our experiment that acetic acid induced colon inflammation leads to fall in abdominal surface temperature. The thermal fall was most distinct in right areas (on 0,83 °С) and was accompanied by thermal asymmetry rising (on 0,41 °C). Animals treated by per rectum soy oil infusion didn't show any abdominal temperature fall and had smaller inflammatory indications. The results permit to confirm that abdominal surface temperature dynamics and thermal asymmetry change repulse colon inflammatory process. Thus tomography can be used for diagnostic of this kind of disturbance.

Abstract
The main function of receptor-like kinases with leucine-rich repeats (LRR-RLK) in sensory domains is detection of infectious pathogens. For the two plant LRR-RLK interaction with the effector protein DspE of phytopathogenic bacterium Pectobacterium carotovorum is shown. We have measured expression levels of the key immunity related genes and identified the ones whose expression is controlled via the two RLKs under study.

Abstract
The modern biogeographical distribution of game ruminant species on the territory of Belarus is revealed. The annual dynamics of quantity, density and prey of these species is studied, that helps to solve problems of estimation of existing changes and prediction of long term changes of researched species spatial distribution. The results of the research are shown on the maps. Taking into account species morphophysiological features and trophic relations it is possible to consider that spatial changes of population structure of these wild ruminant species in the Belarusian part of aerial were revealed. Taking into account practical significance this problem is very actual.
