Molecular characterization of blackcurrant reversion virus isolate

Abstract

Belarusian isolate of Blackcurrant reversion virus (BRV) was characterized on molecular level during the study. The high level of conservation of 3'non-translated region of RNA-2 was revealed for BRV genome. Belarusian isolate was closely related to BRV isolate from Finland. Phylogenetic analysis showed that clustering of investigated isolates didn't depend on their geographical origin or plat-hosts.
