Резидентные стволовые и прогениторные клетки сердца: морфофункциональные свойства и перспективы практического использования

Проведен анализ литературных данных по одной из актуальных проблем современной клеточной биофизики и биотехнологии – стволовым клеткам сердца, участвующим в процессах репарации сердечной мышцы после ее повреждения в результате инфаркта миокарда. Рассмотрены биологические свойства и потенциальная способность резидентных мезенхимальных и прогениторных клеток сердца участвовать в репарационных процессах поврежденных кардиомиоцитах (КМЦ). Приводятся последние данные по испытаниям репарационной активности указанных клеток и их комбинаций на экспериментальных животных и пациентах. Обсуждаются подходы для повышения эффективности клеточных методов репарации поврежденных КМЦ.
