Reactive oxygen species generation and B14 cells morphological transformations under oxidative treatment induced by organic hydroperoxide

Abstract

is equal to 37 ± 12 ^M. Oxidative processes depends on cell metabolic activity and induces cell morphological impairments: cell detachment from the substrate, cell dissociations and swelling, which reflects necrotic mechanism of oxidative cell death.
