Отсутствие данных о белорусских изолятах вируса BRV определило необходимость проведения детального анализа данного вируса с использованием ПЦР-диагностики, секвенирования и анализа нуклеотидных последовательностей вируса. В результате впервые был охарактеризован на молекулярном уровне белорусский изолят вируса BRV. В ходе работы был амплифицирован и секвенирован участок 3'-некодируемой области РНК-2 вируса BRV из смородины черной сорта Память Вавилова. Установлен высокий уровень консервативности данной области генома вируса. Белорусский изолят вируса был наиболее родственен изоляту вируса из Финляндии. Филогенетический анализ исследованных изолятов показал, что кластерирование изолятов не зависело от их географического происхождения или растений, из которого изолят был выделен.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Belarusian isolate of Blackcurrant reversion virus (BRV) was characterized on molecular level during the study. The high level of conservation of 3'non-translated region of RNA-2 was revealed for BRV genome. Belarusian isolate was closely related to BRV isolate from Finland.
