<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The effect of 24-epibrassinolide on salicylic acid and methyl jasmonate on the health of microclonally propagated potato plants to the Y virus, their physiological state, and the functions of the pro-/antioxidant system was studied. A synergistic interaction of immunostimulants with methyl jasmonate or salicylic acid with methyl jasmonate and salicylic acid in mixtures against viral infection was revealed, which includes a decrease in the incidence of potato Y virus, activation of plant growth and a low level of detection of pro- and antioxidant reactions that cause the development of oxidative epidemic stress. The revealed positive effects between brassinosteroids and methyl jasmonate in the suppression of viral infection and activation of growth processes are manifested by their interchangeable contribution to the regulation of the balance between plant growth and immunity.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Solanum tuberosum</kwd><kwd>24-эпибрассинолид</kwd><kwd>салициловая кислота</kwd><kwd>метилжасмонат</kwd><kwd>перекись водорода</kwd><kwd>продукты перекисного окисления липидов</kwd><kwd>антиоксидантные ферменты</kwd><kwd>пролин</kwd><kwd>фенольные соединения</kwd><kwd>вирус Y картофеля</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Solanum tuberosum</kwd><kwd>24-epibrassinolide</kwd><kwd>salicylic acid</kwd><kwd>methyl jasmonate</kwd><kwd>hydrogen peroxide</kwd><kwd>products of lipid peroxidation</kwd><kwd>antioxidant enzymes</kwd><kwd>proline</kwd><kwd>phenolic compounds</kwd><kwd>potato Y virus</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Изучение распространенности и структуры популяций возбудителей вирусных болезней картофеля в Республике Беларусь / В.
