Отобраны наиболее активные бактерии-антагонисты. Изучены пробиотические свойства отобранных штаммов спорообразующих бактерий рода Bacillus: спектр антимикробного действия, безопасность для макроорганизма, выживаемость при пассировании через желудочно-кишечный тракт (резистентность к кислоте и желчи), отсутствие ингибирующего действия на кишечную микрофлору, естественная резистентность неплазмидной природы к широко применяемым антимикробным препаратам. Показана перспективность использования наиболее активных культур в качестве основы пробиотических препаратов и кормовых добавок для сельскохозяйственных животных, птиц и рыб.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Screening of sporulating bacterial strains of genus Bacillus isolated from various natural sources was carried out. The most active antagonistic bacteria were chosen. Probiotic properties of the selected spore-farming Bacillus were investigated: spectrum of antimicrobial action, safety for macroorganism, survival in transit via gastrointestinal tract (bile and acid resistance), lack of inhibiting effect on gut microbiota, native non-plasmid resistance to widely applied antimicrobial agents.
