В исследованных таксонах доля антоциановых пигментов в составе фенольных соединений составляла от 0,01 до 0,8 % в зеленых плодах и от 22 до 52 % в зрелых. Сорта Earlyblue, Duke, Bluecrop, Bluegold характеризовались наибольшим количеством фенольных соединений в листьях.</p><p>Зафиксировано наличие тесной положительной корреляционной связи между уровнем АРА и содержанием вторичных метаболитов фенольной природы. Выявлены отличия в уровне накопления фенольных веществ у сортов голубики, обусловленные способом получения посадочного материала - методом in vivo или in vitro.</p><p>Установлено, что для определения сортосоответствия представителя рода Vaccinaceae наряду с генетическими паспортами можно использовать протеомный профиль растений голубики высокорослой.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Quantitative content of the sum of phenolic compounds and anthocyanins in their composition were study. The level of antiradical activity (ARA) in the berries and leaves of Vaccinium corymbosum L. was measured.</p><p>The maximum content of the sum of phenolic compounds was observed in Blueray, Bluerose, Caroline Blue, Herbert, Jersey, Nelson cultivars. In the cultivars which have been studied the quantity of anthocyanins in the composition of phenolic compounds ranged from 0.01 to 0.8 % in green berries, and from 22 to 52 % in mature ones. Earlyblue, Duke, Bluecrop, Bluegold cultivars were characterized by the greatest quantity of phenolic compounds in leaves.</p><p>The presence of a close positive correlation between the level of antiradical activity and the content of secondary metabolites of phenolic nature was determined.
