В эксперименте было показано, что развитие воспаления приводит к падению температуры абдоминальной поверхности тела крыс, более всего выраженному с правой стороны (в среднем на 0,83 °С), что сопровождается возрастанием термоасимметрии в эпигастральной (в среднем на 0,90 °С) и гипогастральной области (на 0,41 °С). У животных, которым трансректально вводили соевое масло, воспаление было выражено слабее, а температура абдоминальной поверхности достоверно не отличалась от изначальной. Полученные результаты позволяют утверждать, что динамика температуры кожи абдоминальной поверхности и изменение контралатеральной термоасимметрии связаны с воспалительным процессом в толстой кишке.
Based on literature data said about antioxidant properties of soy oil, we have considered infusion of the product per rectum would show therapeutic effect on colon inflammation and we would be able to see in on temperature image of abdominal surface of rat body. It was shown in our experiment that acetic acid induced colon inflammation leads to fall in abdominal surface temperature. The thermal fall was most distinct in right areas (on 0,83 °С) and was accompanied by thermal asymmetry rising (on 0,41 °C). Animals treated by per rectum soy oil infusion didn't show any abdominal temperature fall and had smaller inflammatory indications. The results permit to confirm that abdominal surface temperature dynamics and thermal asymmetry change repulse colon inflammatory process. Thus tomography can be used for diagnostic of this kind of disturbance.
