В последние годы широкое распространение в тепличных посадках на территории Европы получил вирус мозаики пепино (ВМПеп) - Pepino mosaic virus, вредоносность которого обусловлена снижением урожайности и товарности продукции.</p><p>Показано, что в разные годы исследований ВМПеп в растительных образцах гибридов томата, выращиваемых в тепличных хозяйствах республики, присутствовал как самостоятельно, так и в сочетании с другими вирусами из родов Cucumovirus, Tobamovirus, Nepovirus и Tobravirus.</p><p>Данные лабораторных исследований свидетельствуют о способности тест-растений Datura stramonium L. и Nico-tiana rustica L. к высокому накоплению вирусных частиц при заражении ВМПеп. Установлено, что в векторной передаче возбудителя от растения к растению могут участвовать бахчевая тля (Aphis gossypii Glov.), западный цветочный трипс (Frankliniella occidentalis Perg.), тепличная белокрылка (Trialeurodes vaporariorum Wetw.), являющиеся основными вредителями на овощных культурах защищенного грунта.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>It is known that tomato is one of the most susceptible vegetable crops affected by viral pathogens. Recently, Pepino mosaic virus, is widespread in greenhouse plantations in Europe the harmfulness of which leads to yield and marketability of products decrease.</p><p>The analysis of tomato hybrids grown in greenhouses of the republic has shown that in different years of research, Pepino mosaic virus has been present both in mono infection and in combination with the other viruses from the genus Cucumovirus, Tobamovirus, Nepovirus and Tobravirus.</p><p>Laboratory data indicate the susceptibility and ability to high accumulation of viral particles when test plants Datura stramonium L. and Nicotiana rustica L. have been infected with the pepino mosaic virus.
