Установлено, что кумариновые соединения накапливаются в виде белого секрета в эндогенных секреторных структурах корней. Хроматографическое разделение содержимого секреторных структур показало наличие в нем четырех веществ фурокумариновой природы: ангелицина, бергаптена, ксантотоксина и псоралена.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>There are research results of the localization of coumarins in roots. Coumarins accumulated in the form of a white secret (latex) in the secretory structures of roots. Chromatographic separation of latex showed four furocoumarins in the roots of Heracleum.
