Эсса в июле 2018 г., выделен энтомопатогенный гриб рода Cordyceps. Изолят идентифицировали с использованием культурально-морфологических и молекулярно-генетических методов.</p><p>В опытах in vitro проведена сравнительная оценка биологической активности выделенного штамма Cordyceps sp. BGTU и штамма Beauveria bassiana 10-06 в отношении личинок старших возрастов кровососущих мошек W. equina. Использовали две концентрации – 1∙106 и 1∙107 конидий/мл. На 3-и сутки инкубации оба гриба вызвали значительное повышение уровня смертности у тест-объектов (р = 0,03) по сравнению с контролем. Биологическая эффективность концентрации 107 конидий/мл штамма Beauveria bassiana 10-06 на 3-и сутки составила 94,4 %, на 4-е – 98,3 %, штамма Cordyceps sp. – 76,0 и 88,9 % соответственно.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>An entomopathogenic fungi belonging to the genus Cordyceps was isolated from the affected larvae of the bloodsucking blackflies Wilhelmia equina (Linnaeus, 1758). Larval stage of Simulium were collected on the territory of the Lepel district of the Vitebsk region in the river Essa in July 2018. Isolate was identified using cultural-morphological and molecular-genetic methods.</p><p>In vitro experiments comparative evaluation of biological activity of isolated strain Cordyceps sp. and Beauveria bassiana 10-06 was carried out for 3rd instar larvae of W. equina. Two different concentrations 1∙106 and 1∙107 conidia/ml were made and tested in 3 replications. On the 3rd day of incubation both fungi caused a significant mortality of test-objects (p = 0.03) compared to control.
