Протеазы как агенты инфекционного процесса секретируются наружу, однако для индукции их синтеза необходимы определенные условия, которые и были нами подобраны. Исследованы спектры активности щелочных и нейтральных протеаз, а также ингибиторов трипсина в культуральной жидкости и в мицелии. Установлено угнетающее действие на активность протеаз патогена со стороны ингибиторов, содержащихся в мицелии, а также ингибиторов растительного происхождения. Результаты вносят вклад в раскрытие механизма взаимодействия системы патоген-хозяин.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This research is devoted to examining of Fusarium (wide spread pathogen's) proteases. As far as pathogen's proteases are supposed to be one of infection agent they are released into surrounding medium and their synthesis is induced by different factors which were established. Spectrum of alkalic and neutral proteases activities are studied as well as inhibitory activity toward trypsin both in culture medium and mycelium. It was shown that inhibitors derived from mycelium and plant inhibitors effectively suppressed pathogen's protease activity.
