Отобраны EST-SSR маркеры с высокими и умеренными значениями PIC (0,64–0,49) – 2itg50945, 2itg03938, 2itg20349, 2itg14694, 2itg26293, 2itg45631, пригодные для выявления генетического полиморфизма. Установлены достоверные корреляции фрагментов EST-SSR профилей с отдельными признаками продуктивности в расщепляющихся гибридных популяциях F2 от межсортовых скрещиваний люпина желтого.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>14 SRAP-RGA primer combinations and 8 EST-SSR markers were tested on the collection of 10 different yellow lupine samples. The most efficient primers for intravarietal differentiation of yellow lupine were distinguished according their parameters.
