Установлено, что применение иммобилизованных бактериальных клеток в отъемно-доливной ферментации позволяет повысить скорость разбавления до 0,25 л/ч–1, обеспечивает высокое качество производимого препарата Бетапротектин и рост продуктивности процесса в среднем на 17 % по сравнению с таковыми в контрольном варианте с использованием жидкого инокулята.</p><p> </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>There are optimized conditions for the creation of immobilized inoculum of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens subps. plantarum BIM IN-439Д for weaning-topping cultivation of bacteria in order to increase the competitiveness of the biopesticide Betaprotektin.
