Цель данной работы – рассмотреть возможность применения имеющихся на рынке рекомбинантных интерферонов-α (ИФН-α) для создания на их основе противовирусных препаратов для овец. В результате сравнительного анализа аминокислотных последовательностей ИФН предполагается, что ни один из существующих на рынке ветеринарных препаратов ИФН не подходит для терапии вирусных заболеваний овец. В ходе работы также синтезирована и клонирована кодирующая последовательность гена овечьего ИФН-α1 в клетках E. coli. Показано, что белок, накапливающийся в бактериальных клетках в ходе индуцируемой экспрессии клонированной последовательности, по размеру соответствует овечьему ИФН-α1. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Infectious diseases became a serious problem for sheep breeding, leading to significant economic losses. The aim of this study: to examine the feasibility of using recombinant interferons as a basis for development of antiviral preparations for sheeps. With reference to comparative analysis of IFN amino acid sequences we can suppose, that neither of the existing IFNbased veterinary preparations is suitable for therapy of ovine viral diseases.
