Исследованы их морфологические и физиолого- биохимические свойства. Сочетание классических методов диагностики и молекулярно-генетических исследований, таких как анализ нуклеотидной последовательности гена 16S рРНК, позволило идентифицировать до рода и вида три культуры псевдомонад. Подтверждены распространенность рода Pseudomonas среди природных популяций бактерий, а также широкий спектр их метаболической активности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Twelve bacterial cultures including six Pseudomonas strains were isolated from plant material (leaves of strawberry). Morphological, physiological and biochemical properties of isolated cultures were examined. By combination of classical methods of diagnostics and techniques of molecular genetics such as 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis three Pseudomonas strains were identified.
