На фазе 4-го листа растения обрабатывали раствором, содержащим водорастворимый полимер и β-АМК, а через 1 и 9 сут их заражали спорами гриба Bipolaris sorokiniana Shoem (B. sorokiniana). Спустя 21 сут после первой обработки растения, достигшие к этому времени фазы колошения, опрыскивали еще раз раствором полимера с β-АМК. Оценивали поражение растений, морфологию, содержание фотосинтетических пигментов и урожайность. Праймирующее влияние экзогенной β-АМК на растения ячменя проявлялось в снижении количества пораженных грибами B. sorokiniana растений, улучшении морфологических и фотосинтетических показателей на фоне заражения и увеличении массы зерна с одного растения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Action of the exogenous beta-aminobutyric acid (BABA) on plants of spring barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) variety Magutni in the conditions of vegetative pot experiment was investigated. On a phase of 4th-leave a plants was treated by a solution containing water-soluble polymer and BABA, and in 1 and 9 days their was infected by mushroom Bipolaris sorokiniana. On 21 day after the first treatment the plants which have reached of a phase of heading, sprayed once again a solution of polymer with BABA. Degree of deseased plants, morphology, the content of photosynthetic pigments and a grain crop were estimated. Improvement of morphological and photosynthetic characteristics against infection and increase in weight of grain from one plant is established priming action of the exogenous BABA on the barley plants, caused decrease in degree of infection by mushrooms Bipolaris sorokiniana.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>яровой ячмень</kwd><kwd>β-аминомасляная кислота</kwd><kwd>Bipolaris sorokiniana</kwd><kwd>морфология</kwd><kwd>урожай</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>spring barley</kwd><kwd>beta-aminobutyric acid</kwd><kwd>Bipolaris sorokiniana</kwd><kwd>morphology</kwd><kwd>grain crop</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Сohen, Y.
