С помощью метода двумерного гель-электрофореза показано, что протеомные профили плазмы крови пациенток с РМЖ отличаются в зависимости от молекулярного подтипа опухоли. Выявленные отличия заключались в появлении новых дополнительных белков и изменении экспрессии присутствующих в норме белков на протеомных картах плазмы крови пациенток с РМЖ по сравнению с донорами.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Using two dimensional gel-electrophoresis method it was shown that blood plasma proteomic profiles are different for patients with various subtypes of breast cancer.
