Молекулярно-генетический анализ четырех мутантов позволил установить, что изменения исследованных признаков обусловлены встраиванием транспозона mini-Tn5 в регуляторные гены (транскрипционные факторы), обеспечивающие регуляцию общего метаболизма бактериальной клетки.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>As a result of transposon mutagenesis of bacteria Pseudomonas brassicacearum BIM B-446, more than 100 mutants were selected and characterized with different antimicrobial activity, the synthesis of fluorescent pigments and mobility, comparing with original strain.
