Последний, по-видимому, вносит определенный вклад в GSH-независимый транспорт ксенобиотиков из эритроцитов. С помощью флуоресцентного красителя кальцеина показано, что транспортная активность MRP1 в процессе детоксикации ксенобиотиков, конъюгированных с глутатионом, в малой степени зависит от пула свободного глутатиона.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>It was established that in assessing transport glutathione conjugates from erythrocytes by the action N-acetylcysteine there is tendency to increase activity both ABCC1 and RLIP76. The latter, apparently, seems to make a certain contribution to the GSH-independent transport of xenobiotics from the erythrocytes.
