Показано, что эти природные соединения обладают широким спектром биологической активности, проявляя как анти-, так и оксидантные свойства. Для количественной оценки изменения структуры митохондрий под воздействием алкалоидов был применен метод текстурного анализа. В результате была выявлена корреляция между морфологией митохондрий и их распределением в цитоплазме клеток с изменениями митохондриального мембранного потенциала при протекании внутриклеточного окислительного стресса.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The results of cytophysiological studies of HEK293 cells treated with plant alkaloids are present. It is shown that these natural compounds possess broad range of biological activity having both anti- and oxidative properties. Texture analysis method was implemented to quantitatively assess mitochondrion structure changes after the treatment.
