Обнаружено, что вирусом ASGV заражено 9,6 % деревьев яблони, относящихся к разным сортам. Зараженные вирусом подвои обнаружены среди 6,2% рядов. Степень распространения вирусной инфекции среди хозяйств была неоднородной. Сиквенирование фрагмента генома вируса белорусского изолята ASGV показало, что степень его идентичности с гомологами из базы данных GenBank со 100 %-ным покрытием исследуемой нуклеотидной последовательности находилась в пределах 91-99 %. Полученный при помощи компьютерной трансляции гипотетический белок имел степень идентичности до 100 % со своими гомологами. Наиболее близкими белорусскому изоляту по нуклеотидному составу оказались последовательности фрагментов генома вируса ASGV, выделенные в Латвии и Украине.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Apple trees of different cultivars growing in Belarus were tested using RT-PCR for Apple stem grooving virus, an important economically and common pathogens in commercial orchards. 115 apple trees and 64 raws of clonal rootstocks were tested. 9.6 % of apple trees were infected with ASGV. In 6.2 % of clonal rootstock were foud infected plants. Specificity of molecular markers was confirmed by sequencing the RT-PCR product. The nucleotide and deduced amino acid sequences were compared with sequences published in GenBank.
