Измерены ее спектральные и кинетические характеристики. Обсуждена роль мембранных белков в ТФКТ тромбоцитов. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о высокой конформационной жесткости мембранных белков тромбоцитов, существенно превышающей таковую у большинства водорастворимых белков.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The room temperature tryptophan phosphorescence (RTTP) of platelets in microsecond range was found. Its spectral and kinetic parameters were studied.
