Для установления уровня латентной инфекции вируса BRV в маточном насаждении ССЭ класса А смородины черной РУП «Институт плодоводства» через 3 года после ее эксплуатации в открытом грунте использовали метод молекулярного анализа. В результате проведенных исследований было установлено, что симптомы поражения вирусом реверсии растений смородины черной в условиях Беларуси сходны с симптомами вируса, описанными в литературе. Показано, что отсутствие визуальных симптомов не является доказательством отсутствия вируса в растительной ткани. Установлено, что метод IC-RT-PCR c использованием праймеров BRAV5/BRAV6 может с успехом применяться для диагностики белорусских изолятов вируса BRV. Показано, что уровень латентной BRV инфекции растений смородины черной был низким и составил 4,4 %. Установлено, что частота встречаемости вируса варьируется в зависимости от сорта смородины черной.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The results of phytosanitary monitoring of Blackcurrant reversion virus on the three years old plants of black currant mother plantations (super-super elite, A class) grown in the field of the Department of Biotechnology of the Institute for Fruit Growing are presented in the paper. It was determined that IC-RT-PCR technique with primers BRAV5/BRAV6 can be successfully used for detection of Belarusian isolates of BRV. The estimated low level of latent BRV infection was 4.4 %.
