Показано, что данные маркеры могут быть использованы при проведении сравнительной идентификации генетических детерминант Solanum tuberosum и таких диких видов, как Solanum etuberosum, Solanum palustre, S. pinnatisectum, S. bolie-vense, S. michoacanum.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>ISSR primers were used to develop SCAR markers for genome region between microsatellite loci of wild species of Solarium and potato Solarium tuberosum.
