ГЕНЕТИЧЕСКОЕ РАЗНООБРАЗИЕ СОРТОВ СМОРОДИНЫ ЧЕРНОЙ (RIBES NIGRUM) В БЕЛАРУСИ

Аннотация

Исследование генетического разнообразия выращиваемых в Беларуси сортов смородины черной (Ribes nigrum) с использованием 7 маркеров-локусов микросателлитных последовательностей показало, что современные сорта белорусской селекции генетически тесно связаны с сортами селекции других стран. Количество аллелей в изученных локусах составило от 3 до 11. Среднее количество уникальных генотипов на маркер среди 60 образцов – 16,3. Дискриминационная сила маркеров варьировалась от 0,5 до 0,87 и в среднем составила 0,71. Все маркеры имеют достаточно высокую диагностическую ценность и позволяют проводить идентификацию на молекулярном уровне, поэтому могут быть рекомендованы для ДНК-идентификации сортов смородины черной.
